Second Chance

We improve life after brain injury

Second Chance Headway Centre is a private limited company by guarantee #05992718 and also a registered charity #1121645.

Our Casework Service is commissioned by the Integrated Care Board; we provide services in the community for the NHS as part of their discharge pathways. Our therapy centre is a separate service that relies on charitable fundraising.
